Through community education and outreach in providing those who are struggling, their families and the public with resources aimed at fostering personal growth and helping people overcome challenges through education on addiction prevention and treatment. We absolutely believe in doing our part to help move the line of efficacy in all matters relating to drug & alcohol addictions and their many underlying causes and related conditions.
There are many drug and alcohol treatment centers here in the State of Pennsylvania, especially in larger regions like Philadelphia, Lancaster, Reading and even locally here in West Chester, PA. With so many choices for addiction treatment available today, it is important to become educated and empowered before attempting to choose the right addiction treatment facility for yourself or your loved one. In that spirit, we have created this “Addiction Treatment Resources” page as a starting point for those needing more information on matters relating to such things as: substance abuse, medical detox, recovery and self-help, process addictions, 12-Step recovery, holistic approaches, aftercare and recovery housing (sober living), addiction information, government services and resources, local and national statistics, mental health issues and more.
