INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLAN (ITP)

Comprehensive Care with an Individualized Treatment Plan

Comprehensive and Individualized Addiction TreatmentAt Behavioral Wellness and Recovery, we recognize that drug and alcohol addiction is a multi-faceted disease and requires a comprehensive approach to achieve long-term success. One’s overall health is comprised of biological, psychological and spiritual components and each of these areas must be assessed in drug and alcohol rehab.

Regardless of whether you are being treated at an inpatient or a residential drug rehab level of care, or in an outpatient level of care, your root (core) issues will be identified during the assessment process and a plan will be developed by professional staff – with your input – to properly address each area of concern. The treatment of drug addiction and alcoholism is not solely focused on substance abuse; but, rather all issues that are potentially contributing to the inability to maintain sobriety must be evaluated.

At Behavioral Wellness and Recovery, we understand that each person is an individual, with unique challenges and needs. From arrival to your discharge, which includes a comprehensive aftercare plan, our staff approaches the recovery of every patient personally. Our comprehensive treatment plan takes into consideration all aspects of your care and is individualized for each patient’s specific needs.

Whether you are from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York or any other area, we will ensure that you receive the appropriate drug and alcohol treatment services upon your return home or to the area that is most appropriate for your needs. Our staff wishes to give each patient the best opportunity for long-term sobriety.

A Multi-Faceted Approach

Our expert staff of addiction counselors, mental health therapists and physicians have created a program that provides personalized care for every aspect of the recovery process. Utilizing a combination of strengths based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and Family-Centric Therapy provides our clients with the best opportunity for successful recovery.

A unique feature of Behavioral Wellness and Recovery’s drug and alcohol treatment program is our focus on involving family and loved ones in the treatment process and in developing a long-term recovery strategy. In addition, areas such as recreation, spirituality, work and financial stressors, medical problems and dual diagnosis disorders will be thoroughly evaluated and treated. Since the origin of drug addiction and alcoholism is multifactorial (having many different origins, such as environmental, genetic, physical and emotional), there is not any one factor that prevails in its treatment. Developing an individualized treatment plan that allows each patient to focus on his/her distinct needs, while participating in treatment with a group, fosters personal growth at a comfortable speed.

You’re Not Alone

Drug addiction and alcoholism affect the lives of millions of people every year. However, less than ten percent of those who are suffering ever receive much needed professional help. Different fears and circumstances often prevent people from reaching out for the help that they need. But you do not need to fear, because there is real hope to overcome your struggle.

Are you or someone you love struggling with a life controlling issue? Don’t put off the decision to seek treatment another day. Our counselors are available 24 hours a day and are completely confidential. Call now 800-683-4457.
